By downloading or using the Expense Tracker app, you agree to these terms.

## 2. Use of the App

Expense Tracker is a personal finance tool provided free of charge. You may
use it only for lawful, personal purposes.

## 3. Your Data

All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for
your own data, including backing it up. Uninstalling the app permanently
deletes all data. Expense Tracker has no access to your data and
cannot recover it.

## 4. No Financial Advice

The app displays figures you enter yourself. Nothing in the app constitutes
financial, tax, or investment advice.

## 5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expense Tracker shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the app.

## 7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after
changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
